I feel like it would be very easy to be a venture capitalist. Look at everyone else is doing, and whatever is the exact opposite, fund. Everyone funds white males? You now know that the female market is underexploited. This is an earning opportunity, not an ideological statement. Identity serves as segmentation of the marketplace.
