Everyone Does Things the Easy Way

I think everyone always does the easiest thing, no matter what.

The only differentiation is the perception of that "thing".

For me, I hated college, so I dropped out. If I thought I would instantly be deprived of all social status (like excommunication, for example), it would have been less painful for me to remain in college.

I think this applies in everything that we choose to do. We choose the easiest path, even though that concept "easy" is relative for all of us, based on our understanding and experiences.
